A young man was discovered deceased at the residence of Union Minister Kaushal Kishore in Lucknow on Friday. Three individuals have been apprehended by the police in connection with the incident.
In connection with the killing of Vinay Srivastava at Union Minister Kaushal Kishore’s residence in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, three individuals, namely Ajay Rawat, Ankit Verma, and Shamim Gaji, were detained by the police.
Ankit Verma, who had informed Vikas Shrivastava, the victim’s brother, about the incident, was among those detained by the police.
Vinay Srivastava, the victim, was a friend of Kaushal Kishore’s son, Vikas Kishore, according to the police.
Minister Kishore confirmed that his son was not present at the residence when the shooting occurred. He stated that the police investigation is underway and would proceed according to the law.
The minister emphasized that a thorough investigation is being conducted and that the culprits will face consequences. He also confirmed that the recovered firearm belonged to his son, Vikas Kishore.
Vikas Shrivastava, the victim’s brother, expressed uncertainty about Vikas Kishore’s whereabouts at the time of the incident and stated that his brother was killed at Union Minister Kaushal Kishore’s residence. He mentioned that three people were present during the incident, but he did not have information regarding Vikas Kishore’s location when it occurred.
