Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankovic’s Paths Diverge
After months of swirling rumors about their marriage, Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankovic have ended their relationship. On July 18, 2024, the couple confirmed their separation via social media, following Natasa’s departure to Serbia with their son Agastya Pandya.
In a public statement that Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankovic shared on their respective social media profiles, the former couple announced that after four years of being together they have “decided to mutually part ways.” Sharing further details, Hardik and Natasa’s post further read, “We tried our best together and gave it our all, and we believe this is in the best interest for both of us. This was a tough decision for us to make, given the joy, mutual respect and companionship we enjoyed together and as we grew a family.
The ex-couple emphasized their commitment to amicable co-parenting for their four-year-old son, Agastya. “Agastya remains our priority, and we will work together to provide him with the love and care he deserves. We kindly ask for your understanding and respect for our privacy during this challenging period.
While both Hardik and Natasa haven’t stated what went wrong in their relationship, rumours were rife that their marriage was in trouble for many months now. Natasa, who was often seen at the IPL matches in support of Hardik, was missing in IPL 2024. She didn’t post or support Hardik either during IPL 2024 or when India won the T20 World Cup recently. Moreover, Natasa even removed Pandya as her last name from her Instagram profile a few weeks ago. Meanwhile, Hardik too refrained from posting about Natasa on her birthday or even liking her posts. They also were spotted together as a couple for a long time now.
However it was noted that Natasa has coordial equations with Hardik’s brother Krunal Pandya and his wife Pankhuri Sharma. In fact, Natasa even congratulated Krunal and Pankhuri on social media when they welcomed their second child together recently.
Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya met Serbian model-actress Natasa Stankovic at a nightclub in Mumbai in 2018, and the duo soon started dating. On New Year’s Day in 2020, Hardik proposed marriage to Natasa on a yacht and the couple married in May 2020 during Covid-19 pandemic. A few months later, in July 2020, they welcomed their first child together– Agastya Pandya.
Coincidentally, as the couple announced their divorce today, this week also seems to be their son Agastya’s birthday– as revealed through Natasa’s Instagram storie.
After a simple home-wedding in May 2020, Hardik and Natasa had even renewed their vows by hosting a grand wedding in Udaipur in 2023 which was attended by their close friends and family. However, things have gotten sour between them since then and Hardik and Natasa have mutually decided to move on in life.
Before their love story began, both Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankovic had their share of past-relationships. Hardik, the flamboyant Indian cricketer, was linked to several Bollywood actresses, most notably Urvashi Rautela and Elli AvrRam. These relationships, however, did not last long. On the other hand, Natasa, the Serbian model and actress, was in a relationship with Bollywood actor Aly Goni. The two shared a close bond and even participated in the reality show ‘Nach Baliye’ together.
However, it was their chanced meeting in 2018 at a nightclub that brought Hardik and Natasa together.
