Tragic Death of 19-Year-Old Student in Ghaziabad: Two Men Allegedly Beat Him After a Minor Encounter in a Bylane
In a heart-wrenching incident that occurred in Ghaziabad’s Lal Kuan, a 19-year-old student identified as Vinay Yadav lost his life after allegedly being attacked by two unidentified men. The incident took place around 1 am on Tuesday, just meters away from his home.
According to reports, Vinay was walking home with his brother and cousin after closing the family eatery where he often helped his father. As they passed through a narrow lane, Vinay’s shoulder brushed against two men walking in the opposite direction. This minor encounter seemingly triggered a violent response from the two men who allegedly started assaulting Vinay.
Despite the efforts of his relatives who were with him, the attackers overpowered Vinay, leaving him unconscious on the road. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but tragically, he passed away before reaching medical assistance.
Vinay’s family described him as a hardworking and studious individual who had no animosity toward anyone. The incident has left them devastated and shocked by the sudden loss of their beloved family member.
The police have registered a case under IPC section 304 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) based on the complaint filed by Vinay’s family. They are actively investigating the case and have obtained CCTV footage of the area, which shows two men and three individuals, including Vinay, near the scene of the incident.
